Health Spa Relaxation in nature
Come and experience the baths on the shores of Rivière-des-Milles-Îles, for a full day, or in the evening. L'Oasis de l'Île, Hotel & Urban Getaway, close to cities but far from noise. Take a relaxing break and reconcile yourself with the true senses of living in nature.
The site offers hot and cold baths, a whirlpool, dry sauna, steam bath, as well as a four-season solarium. The large swimming pool with a waterfall is open during the summer. The alternation between hot and cold brings many benefits to the body, including the relief of muscle tension, as well as improved blood circulation.
Day spa
Immerse yourself in an unforgettable experience in a picturesque universe on an island, access our relaxing Nordic spa located on the edge of the Milles-Îles river in the heart of the Laurentians.
Evening spa
Enjoy a relaxing evening at our Nordic spa. Relaxation, peacefulness and evasion in our thermal baths and our jacuzzi. Experience a therapeutic circuit with a massage session and a bistro dinner.

Terms of Access
The site is reserved for our customers aged 16 and over. Smoke-free environment.
Please note that access to the site will be refused:
- People with infections or skin lesions;
- To people not wearing a classic swimsuit (moral standards);
- No food and drink are allowed on site.
General regulations
- Given our limited quantities, the change of towel and bathrobes could incur costs.
- A $20 fee will be charged for a damaged or lost padlock.
- Disinfection stations will be accessible at various places on the site
- Mandatory shower, before entering the swimming pools and ponds
- Your personal belongings must be left in the lockers located in the changing rooms
- Towel and lock is included. Bathrobe rental at $10 +tx
- For the lock, we require an ID as a deposit, which we keep until the lock is returned.
- No personal items or bedding on the outdoor site
